More than 3 billion people are unreached with the good news of Jesus Christ.
They have no access to a Bible, a believing neighbor, or a local church. With less than 2% of their communities professing faith in Jesus Christ, the unreached will continue their practices of idol worship, religious rituals, tribal warfare, meditation, and more.
Like us, they will experience similar hopes, fears, ups, and downs with one devastating difference: they have no access to the message of God’s redeeming grace through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. They will remain in spiritual darkness forever unless the gospel is brought to them. Join with East-West as we reach the unreached in the spiritually darkest areas of the world.
CAFE 1040
Cafe 1040 focuses on mobilizing the emerging generation of missionaries to unreached peoples. We desire for every young adult to take their next best step towards engaging the Great Commission.
We facilitate stateside internships, short-term exposure programs, and overseas missions mentorship programs. Our staff also works to equip mission teams, resource churches, and more.
Through our missions mentorship program, young adults walk alongside long-term missionaries to see what their life could look like among unreached people groups (UPGs). While overseas, students are immersed in cross-cultural living to understand how their skills, passions, and abilities can play a part in the Great Commission.
